4 Hrs Respite (pay online credit card) – $72.00
4 hrs Respite FSCD Billed (Must have supplied contract to As of RMWB)
4 hrs Social- Respite (paid by EMT within 24hrs of registering) – $72.00

Drop-off and pick up will be at Autism Society Program Room (10019 MacDonald Avenue).

Please send $20 (or MacDonald Island membership card), lunch, snacks and water bottle.
