• Camp Registration Fee (Aug 5th week ONLY) No FSCD – $674.00
• Camp Registration Fee (Aug 5th week ONLY)) – $190.00
• Kidsport Wood Buffalo & FSCD
  Choose this option if you are applying for Camp registration fee to be paid by Kidsport Wood Buffalo and you have FSCD contract that covers camp 1:1 support hours.
• Kidsport Wood Buffalo & no FSCD – $605.00
  Choose this option if you are applying for Camp registration fee to be paid by Kidsport Wood Buffalo and you DO NOT have FSCD contract that covers camp 1:1 support hours so will be paying privately for 1:1 support for your child ($22hr)
• Registration Fee & FSCD – $230.00
  Choose this option if you are paying your child's Camp registration fee (not covered by FSCD) and you have FSCD contract that covers camp 1:1 support hours.
• Registration Fee & no FSCD – $835.00
  Choose this option if you are paying your child's Camp registration fee (not covered by FSCD) and you DO NOT have FSCD contract that covers camp 1:1 support hours so you will be paying privately for 1:1 support ($22hr).
