Registration

4 Hrs Respite (pay online credit card) – $72.00
4 hrs Respite FSCD Billed (Must have supplied contract to As of RMWB)
4 hrs Social- Respite (paid by EMT within 24hrs of registering) – $72.00

Drop off and pick up will be at the Autism Society Program Room (10019 MacDonald Avenue)

Please send $20 to cover trampoline park cost, trampoline socks or $5 to purchase and make sure you have completed the online waiver here https://www.aimhighpark.com/sign-waiver/

Also, please send lunch, snacks and water for your child.
